Policies & Procedures

All three of our offices offer complete prosthetic and orthotic services, and all share the same convenient hours of patient service. So that we may serve all our patients with the time and attention they deserve, we recommend making appointments between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.

In keeping with our strong emphasis on service, we make ourselves available beyond traditional expections. We make certain that patients receive the needed care, even if it demands special arrangements.

We feel that follow-up care is of vital importance to the continued comfort, health, and mobility of each patient. We therefore continue to make ourselves available to assure proper fit and function of each prosthesis or orthosis-both in the hospital and after discharge.
